Pancake, muffins and porridge finger recipes please

Post them up and every so often I'll snaffle them and put them on the blog, if that's okay? It'll save you the trouble of emailing them to me. (It will mean you lose out on our charming personal interaction but I sense you can live with that.)

Check out the recipes section or Google!

However for porridge fingers I would suggest

1/2 cup oats, 1 Cup full fat milk bung in microwave for 3.20 mins. Chuck spoonfuls on plate and bung in fridge until cool.

Simple and edible unlike the blw recipe porridge fingers.

The absolute best pancake recipe in the world right here, everyone is welcome:

1 1/2 cups flour (I use some combination of white, whole wheat, and buckwheat)
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Blueberries or apples

Preheat frying pan over medium heat. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a 4-cup graduated measuring cup, combine the buttermilk, butter, vanilla, and eggs.
Whisk wet ingredients into dry until just combined, then gently stir in fruit.
Generously butter frying pan and add batter in 1/4 cup scoops. Cook until bubbles show through the middle, then flip and cook to brown on the other side. Serve with maple syrup if you know what's good for you. (I mean, obviously skip the syrup for a new weaner, but not for yourself!)

I do little drop scone pancake rather than big American ones.

1 cup self raising flour
1 egg
1 cup milk (dairy or not)

We usually have this for breakfast with syrup/fruit etc but I've also been known to mix cheese/sweet corn/grated veg into the basic batter too.

If pancake mix is your main ingredient, it's not a recipe, it's instructions. You can do better than that, Susan!

Kanga, savoury things sound like they'd be nice in those.
