Lemon, Sultana, Nut and Oat Balls

My chid loves nuts but doesn't like the balls. Oh well, all the more for me!

I've just made these, having bookmarked the thread pretty much as soon as you posted it. They are delicious! Mine were really, really sticky though so I rolled them in coconut. The girls loved them!

Our batch lasted two days... And they weren't shared evenly between the three if us!
