Ideas for over-ripe raspberries?

Post them up and every so often I'll snaffle them and put them on the blog, if that's okay? It'll save you the trouble of emailing them to me. (It will mean you lose out on our charming personal interaction but I sense you can live with that.)

Any ideas? Seriously over-ripe and a bit squidgy but still taste good! Perhaps eaton mess type pud?

Sorbet or granitas; syrup to mix with bubbly for a sunny evening drink; freeze for future smoothies.

Well, considering bubbly is off the menu for the foreseeable future (raspberry Bellini sounds lush feefielou), the yogurt and honey lollies are now freezing ready for tonight. Thanks for all the tips!
