Tell me your favourite smoothie recipes!

Post them up and every so often I'll snaffle them and put them on the blog, if that's okay? It'll save you the trouble of emailing them to me. (It will mean you lose out on our charming personal interaction but I sense you can live with that.)

MJ's favourites are Mango lassi (mangoes, milk, greek yoghurt and ground cardamom seeds)
and peanut butter and banana (1 banana, milk, big spoon of peanut butter, ground cinnamon)
I can't stand anything banana-y (except bananas!) but I could drink mango lassi until it comes out my ears! :D

Ok, posting a new fave. It's a green one but you really don't taste it. Essentially it's PB and banana.
2 handfuls of spinach, frozen banana in chunks, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tsp honey and 375ml (1.5 cups) milk (almond is awesome). Blend it all apart from banana then when nicely evenly green add the banana. You really can't taste the banana.

What good timing, big A demanded one this evening. She had half an apple, a kiwi, one frozen strawberry, a handful of frozen blueberries, and half a stick of red pepper. She was very precise about the quantities. A couple of spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt and a dash of milk.

It was yum, but I only got the scrapings from the blender.
