These are delicious, quick, easy and most of all HEALTHY!!
Add the following into a blender.
1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
1/4 cup of liquid - Breast Milk, Formula, Rice Milk, water or fresh apple juice
1 Egg or Egg Replacement
1 Large Banana
Cinnamon to taste
Once all is in the blender, blend until mixture is nice and smooth and then cook in a hot pan.
Mixture makes around 6 small pancakes.
