Summer swap chat...

Because BLW isn't just for lentil-weavers. Some of us like to piddle about with bits of felt and sticky-backed plastic as well.

I have come to the conclusion that it is human nature. From an early age we leave things until the last minute and it doesn't stop! :D

Woohoo! Mine's arrived! Got completely thrown by the Australia Post packaging and started opening it because I just didn't expect it to come from here. For some reason though, that makes it even more exciting!
Anyway, I stopped myself just in time so I'll be ready for the Big Reveal on the bank holiday. Are we doing it on the Sunday or Monday? And is that this Sunday?

I picked my parcel up today. It's not from my swapper. It is some clothes I ordered for the new baby, which is also very exciting, but I really wanted it to be my swap! :cry

Right, after finishing two bits earlier in the week, I decided that I didn't like one and I'd redo it. I was planning to have finished it last night but typically the boy took forever to get to sleep and then I had stuff to do to prepare for our weekend away. We'll be travelling all day, so I'll just have to finished it this evening when we get to my parents' house. And post it tomorrow and hope!
