no idea  my guess is that new posts includes posts no-one has yet commented on but 'active topics' does not? but really i don't know. i use active topics because of the logout thing on my phone.

or you could, you know, mention to me that people are having a problem and I could move the logout link? :bsmile

eta: moved it to below the search box for now - may require some tweaking but hopefully this helps...

My iPhone will not keep me logged in but my mac, PC and iPad will!
Also on my phone I only get the option to register not to lOgin. If I want to log in I have to try and create a post < whinge over>

Since I tweaked it, you mean? The link does sort of end of hidden top right - but if it's gone completely let me know and I'll look at it again. It's hard to get it right 'cause I don't have a poncy iphone to test on

I double tap on my phone screen to zoom in. Or if I tap once a +/- sign appears and I can click on that to zoom.

Knew I should have kept up on this thread...my iPad logged me out & I just could NOT find the log in link!! Was thinking I'd done something wrong...cleared down my cookies & everything!!

On my iPhone (before the link was moved) I noticed the view new posts/active topics were in slightly different places on different pages...so sometimes it was miles away from the log out link, & sometimes it was right underneath leading to accidental clicks!
