Stompy doesn't like pancakes :o but I'll give this recipe a go for Squeak and I one day when she's at preschool.

We're having Dutch pancakes tonight - with all sorts of fillings! Our favourites are smoked bacon, edam and banana. Not together though, although bacon and edam would be good. Basically you can use a normal pancake batter but I make one with spelt and rye as well as plain flour, then a thin layer of batter in the pan, followed by pre-cooked crispy bacon slices and/or the cheese, then another thin layer of batter on top. Then flip when the underside is cooked. The savoury pancakes are really good with stroop on, which is a syrup. Delish.

Banana one works in the same way - with thinly sliced banana in. I am now really hungry!!
