I am a newbie to the BLW world! Up until now I have been pureeing, mashing etc, but the recent rejection of anything on a spoon is causing stress and tears that noone wants, so Im looking for options.
My son, Levi, is 9 months old, was a bad sleeper, which we had to see a sleep dr for.. part of their advice was carbs, 50% of each meal. He now sleeps 12 hours every night which I dont want to change!
So my question to you experienced ones..
Am I too late to start, or will he learn fairly quickly (he has been doing some finger foods, grated cheese, sandwiches, toast, soft fruit bars etc)
And how do you know they are getting enough, do babies doing BLW remain sleeping through the night?
Its an uneasy feeling that I want to lose, the whole eating enough stress - how oh how do I ease up?!
Advice, tips, anything for a beginner that is a stress head is so appreciated!
