Baby friendly B&Bs near a beach, not too far from Perth

Anyone got any recommendations? Prefer somewhere like St Andrew's that's not too far to go for us, but I appreciate we might have to travel a bit further. We need to get away for a weekend break. Is there likely to be anywhere available for any time in August at such short notice?

We are staying in a self catering holiday home in St Andrews that's pretty child friendly (big garden etc)... Not sure if it's what you're looking for though.
