bump feeling bruised

Postby nearlymumtobabyfk » 13 Feb 2015, 17:37

Anyone else had/got this? The apex of my bump is feeling very tender, almost like it's bruised. It doesn't appear visibly bruised. It's def where bum is I think, it feels very stretched and I've got little sensation in my skin over that area. Do you think it's just bubs pushing/general stretching? Should I be concerned? I can't let A anywhere near my tum as any pressure is really quite sore...

I'm exactly the same and just put it down to stretching and kicking.

Painkillers and a hot bath help. Obviously if you're really worried then speak to midwife

The puppy did this to me and it was his bum too. Really sore. If you're at all worried get it checked though.
