what can I take to ease trapped wind?

Just that really. I remember having trapped wind with DD but i can't remember how I eased it. I've got it again now and It's so uncomfortable.
Love being a mummy to the beautiful F (april 12) and especially love BLW.

Fizzy pop does it for me.

I don't know what else you can use but you have my sympathies!

Try some mint tea? It seems to work a bit for me. Exercise can work too, jumping about a bit, touching your toes, squats. Or, this one worked really well for me the other week, get down on hands and knees and rock back and forth with your bottom sticking up (make sure you close the curtains first!!!!!!).

Thank you ladies.
I bought some wind eze from the chemist and they seem to have worked. Might buy some peppermint tea tomorrow and if I need a laugh I'll try the exercises.
