Signing out, grabbing coat and tottering off down the road..

Don't panic, it's not tonight. Every so often we arrange to meet up online and talk rubbish. Not so different from the day-to-day, but with more people. Yes, it sounds naff, but just you wait... it's also oddly satisfying.

Me too, have washing to hand up, two sons still awake and a very grumpy dp who wants my help. Hoping to log on in the morning for good news about Ches's scan!

I seem to have barely been here, but it's high time I tottered off to bed.

Hope someone can wake me kindly in the morning with some coffee and earplugs to drown out the "Mummy uh-oh, Mummy uh-oh, det up Mummy!" shouts from the nursery (I'm not neglectful, he just goes from fast asleep to wide awake in about 3.5 seconds).

Maybe when we have the commune we can arrange for the gentlemenfolk to babysit at home while we have a party and sleep it off in our big communal building (which, in my mind, has bales of hay for seats. I think I'm thinking of Animal Farm).

*wanders off mumbling about shared-sling-stashes and vast vegetable gardens and free range hens everywhere*
