Unfortunately the situation is a little complicated in that the w***** in question is married to the man whose practice it is and the w***** never gets pulled up on his mistakes and this sort of behaviour. Staff have been leaving regularly for the last 5 years (since the w***** has been on the scene) due to his outbursts and irrational behaviour. I have a 'meeting' with him on Tuesday morning to sort things out but sadly I already know how it will go. I will have my resignation letter with me but will see how it goes. The worry is that if this situation gets sorted favourably I can't be sure it won't happen again, maybe not me next time but it makes the atmosphere not a very nice one.
I really want to work for myself (I'm an aromatherapist) I just didn't want to start having to build my own client base whilst the little people are still so young. It's just pushing me to do it earlier than I really wanted to.
