Nibbles

Don't panic, it's not tonight. Every so often we arrange to meet up online and talk rubbish. Not so different from the day-to-day, but with more people. Yes, it sounds naff, but just you wait... it's also oddly satisfying.

Oh, DH watches the next top models. Apparently, on it they said you have to smile with your eyes (smeyes) and now he makes the stupidest faces in photographs.

Heidi - I had some fruit juice today that reminded me of an alcopop from the mid-late 90s but I can't for the life of me put a name to it = It was Orange and Passionfruit flavour, any ideas?????

KG - LOL, really I am, sorry Mr. KG
So somehow it happened, my weaners are at school,
I'm still here though and people I'll try to fool,
with tales of advice giving and of wanting to know
But really here's the only place I ever want to go.

No no, that was never an alcopop but did the job intended well enough!! Can you still get 20/20? I blame it for the few things I've regretted in life that's for sure. The drink I'm thinking of came in bottles like WKD does now and looked like fruit juice......

Phew...I'm running late, but I bring food...hope you'll forgive me!!

Staggers to the table & plonks down chocolate brownies, popcorn, cheesy nachos & haribo sweets.

...there's more in the car, but hope that'll do for now!

Re 20/20. Oh yes you can. I just googled it. There is even a 20/20 facebook page:

Hooch... now there's a blast from the past! Sadly replaced by Smirnoff Ice... both responsible for many sore heads in my teenage years!

As for the Twiglets... yeuch! Evil! Keep them away from me! NONONONONONONONONONO!

I'll have the olives and Kettle Chips though! :D

Hmm, it's 2 in the afternoon over here...DD is just down for a nap, so there's no booze happening here just a bit of yogurt and a glass of water. I don't know if you have these over in the UK, but my new favourite snack is the pretzel M&Ms...mmm...salty, chocolatey goodness.

Twiglets .... <barf>! Marmite .... <barf>!

Give me some cheese nachos or mini cheddars and I'll be in heaven. Woe betide it if you leave any cashew nuts within my reach too :D

I feel very out of it and old as you are all watching BNTM (had to read through a number of threads to find out what that was!) and I've just thoroughly enjoyed the Great British Bake Off
