can you blog offline?

Postby vale » 07 Dec 2012, 18:41

I've been toying with the idea of a blog for a while, but in the first instance as a way to document crafty things I've made. I'm not in a position at the moment to put it online but would quite like to start work on it offline. Is this possible? If not should i just do it in Word then cut and paste at a later date? As you can tell I know nothing about blogging!

I would say the best thing to do is make it password protected. Any of the free or paid for hosts will allow you to do that and then if you do want to share it, you can give out the passworf.

I've noticed in my posts there's a choice to make it private, public or password protected I think even. That's Wordpress.
